اشكالية معالجة النفايات العلاجية وأأثرها على البيئة

الملخص
الملخص: ان التقدم الطبي في جميع المجالات يهدف إلى الحفاظ على صحة الانسان وسلامته من جميع الأمراض الاخطار التي تهدد صحته وحياته، إلا أن هذا التقدم كما له إيجابياته له سلبياته على ا الإنسان والبيئة، هذا التقدم ادى الى ظهور مشكلة كبيرة تعاني منها البيئة و الإنسان على حد السواء وهي مشكلة النفايات الطبية ،التي هي في تزايد مستمر نتيجة انتشار ا لأمراض والحروب في بعض الدول، مما يلزم الدولة بالتدخل عن طريق التشريعات المتعلقة بمعالجة وتسيير النفايات الطبية وكيفية التخلص منها على المستوى الوطني، وكذا على المستوى الدولي المصادقة على الاتفاقيات والمشاركة في المؤتمرات الدولية من أجل الحد من خطورة النفايات الطبية الخطرة على البشرية والتقليل من التلوث وتحديد المسؤوليات وهذا كله يهدف الى عدم تعرض الإنسان والبيئة الى مخاطر تلك المواد . Summary: Medical progress in all areas aims to preserve human health and safety from all diseases and dangers that threaten his health and life. However, this progress, as well as its advantages, has its negative effects on human beings and the environment, This progress has led to the emergence of a major problem affecting both the environment and the human being, which is the problem of medical waste, which is constantly increasing due to the spread of diseases and wars in some countries, which requires the state to intervene through the legislation related to the treatment and management of medical waste and how to get rid of them The national level, as well as the international level, the ratification of the conventions and participation in international conferences in order to reduce the risk of hazardous medical waste on humanity and reduce pollution and the identification of responsibilities and all this aims to avoid exposure of humans and the environment to the risks of those substances.
