الأثار البيئية المترتبة عن الاستخدام العسكري لليورانيوم المنضًب في نطاق القانون الدولي الإنساني وحقوق الإنسان

الملخص
الملخص: يعتبر اليورانيوم المنضب أحد المعادن التي أصبحت تحتل الصدارة في نطاق التسلح ووسائل القتال، اذ أصبح يدخل في تصنيع و انتاج الأسلحة النووية حاليا، و الذي ثبت استخدامه عسكريا من طرف الدول المتقدمة في حروبها ضد الدول الفقيرة، رغم الأثار السلبية الّتي يرتبها استخدامه في حالة النزاعات المسلحة ، ان انتاج تلك الأسلحة (كاليورانيوم المنضب.) و التي أصبحت أثارها لا تقتصر على الأهداف العسكرية فقط، بل ألحقت بالبيئة و عناصرها أضرار وخيمة، وهو ما يشكل اعتداء على الحق في البيئة النّظيفة الّصحية الخالية من مخلفات وشوائب الاسلحة، باعتباره حق يلازم جملة من حقوق ا الإنسان الأخرى ( كالصحة مثلا) هذا من جهة، و من جهة أخرى يشكل اخلالا بالالتزام الدولي بحماية البيئة و عدم إلحاق الأضرار بها زمن الّنزاعات المسلحة . Summary: The depleted uranium is one of the minerals that has become the most important weapon and means of warfare. It is currently in the manufacture and production of nuclear weapons, which have been proven to be used militarily by the developed countries in their wars against the poor countries, despite the negative effects of their use in the case of disputes. (Depleted uranium), whose effects have not only been limited to military objectives, but have caused serious damage to the environment and its components, which constitute an attack on the right to a clean, sanitary environment free of residues and impurities of weapons, Of rights Other human (such as health care, for example) on the one hand, and on the other hand, constitutes a breach of the international obligation to protect the environment and the lack of damage to the time of armed conflict.
