الموت الدماغي والإنعاش الصناعي

الملخص
عرف ولوقت طويل أن الموت يتحقق بتوقف القلب والتنفس، لكن مع تطور الطب عرفت حالة الموت الدماغي، مع استمرار التنفس ونبض القلب بعلاج المريض بأجهزة الإنعاش، على أمل عودة بعض الأجهزة لوظائفها، فإذا نجحت عملية الإنعاش أمكن عودة التنفس ونبض القلب، أما في حالة العكس تتحقق وفاة الشخص، ومع الحاجة إلى نقل الأعضاء البشرية من الأموات طرحت فكرة الأخذ بالموت الدماغي وجواز إيقاف أجهزة الإنعاش الصناعي عنه. وقد تعددت الآراء بخصوص هذه الحالة بين رافض ومؤيد، لذلك فإن الفرض المقترح يتمحور حول اعتبار الموت الدماغي موتاً حقيقياً أمكن معه إعلان وفاة الشخص، وبالتالي يمكن نزع بعض أعضاء هذا الميت بتوفر الشروط المطلوبة لذلك، ومن جهة أخرى فإن الموت الدماغي له علاقة بالإنعاش الصناعي الذي كما قد يكون أمل في عودة الحياة للمريض، Abstract: It was known for a long time that death is achieved by the cessation of the heart and breathing, but with the development of medicine known the case of brain death, with the continuation of breathing and pulse heart treatment of the patient with recovery devices, hoping to return some organs to their functions, if successful recovery can return breathing and heartbeat, The death of a person is realized, and with the need to transfer human organs from the dead, the idea of introducing cerebral death has been put forward and it is permissible to stop industrial rehabilitation devices from it. There is a wide range of views on this situation between rejecters and supporters. Therefore, the proposed assumption is that brain death is considered a real death, in which the death of a person can be declared, and therefore some of the members of this deceased can be removed with the necessary conditions. On the other hand, cerebral death is related to industrial rehabilitation As hope may be the return of life to the patient, may also be useless and a waste of time and effort doctors.
