الملخص
ملخص: يشكل التشريع أحد أهم مجالات ممارسة الدولة لإختصصاتها الداخلية من خلال مؤسساتها الدستورية. إلا أن تتقلص هاته السيادة تتقلص بسبب التعاون الدولي و إلتزامات على عاتق الدول جراء الإتفاقيات التي تبرمها و تصادق عليها و ذلك نتيجة بتنفيذها وإقرارها في شكل قوانين أو تعديل أخرى أو الإمتناع عن سن قوانين تقلص من الحريات .أو تسيير بعض الأمور في الجوانب المتعددة سواء السياسية أو الاقتصادية أو الاجتماعية أو الثقافية . Absract: Legislation is one of the most important areas of State practice of its internal affairs through its constitutional institutions. However, the decline of this sovereignty is reduced by international cooperation and obligations on the States by the agreements they conclude and ratify As a result of their implementation and adoption in the form of laws or other amendments, or the failure to enact laws reducing freedoms. Or the conduct of some things in various aspects, whether political, economic, social or cultural.
