Résumé

The aim of our study was to describe the clinical features of childhood-onset Frontal Lobe Epilepsy FLE. 29 patients were identified with FLE. The patients had childhood-onset FLE before age 15 years. They have been observed between January 2012 and December 2013. The age at seizure onset, onset seizure type, antecedent (illness or event) before the onset of FLE, semiology and EEG recordings were studied. The results suggest that semiology with rapidly progress to GTCS is more frequent compared to predominant positive motor symptoms in Algiers childhood-onset FLE.
