الملخص
الملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيين منهج التفكير المعاصر(الحديث) للإدارة المالية، والذي فرضته التغيرات في محيط المؤسسة الاقتصادية وكيف تطور مفهوم الإدارة المالية عبر الزمن إلى أن أصبحت لديها منهج حديث وهو منهج اتخاذ القرار الذي يركز على كل من قراري الاستثمار والتمويل باعتبارهما قرارين ماليين استراتيجيين يمكن من خلالهما تعظيم قيمة ثروة المنظمة والمحافظة على بقائها واستمرارية نشاطها. ومن خلال هذه الدراسة تم التوصل إلى جملة من النتائج مفادها أن ما يحدث من تغيرات في محيط المؤسسة يؤثر فعلا على مختلف القرارات التي يتم اتخاذها وبالتالي يؤثر على منهج التفكير المالي من أجل مواكبة التغيرات الحاصلة في المحيط والمحافظة على بقاء المؤسسة. Abstract: This study aims at demonstrating the financial conceptual approach ( modern approach of thinking) for financial management, which was imposed via changes in the environment of economic enterprises, Also this study will focus on the development of financial management over time to become a modern approach represented in an decision-making , which focuses on both the investment and financing resolutions as two financially strategic decisions through which we can maximization the value of wealth of the organization and maintain its survival and continuity of its activity. Through this study, several results have been finalized and reached .To state : the changes which are occurred in the environment of the institution affects its several decisions . Hence, it affects the approach of financial thinking for the sake of coping with such resulted changes in the environment and maintains the survival and existence of the enterprise.
