الملخص

This study aims to know the role of human resources management in improving organizational performance in the institution of the study.It started from the main question: What is the role of human resources management in improving organizational performance in the institution of study?It is from this question that this general hypothesis emerged: Human resources management plays an important role in improving organizational performance in the institution of study.In order to ascertain the validity of the general hypothesis and the partial hypotheses, the study used the questionnaire form, which was distributed to 133 workers with 100% response rate.Interviews were also used to support the interpretation of the results,and after testing the hypotheses, a number of results were reached, the most important of which was: the weak role of human resources management in improving organizational performance in the institution of study,and a number of recommendations were made, including: raising the cultural and organizational awareness of the managers of the importance of human resources management in supporting the organization's capabilities to improve organizational performance, excellence and creativity, and the need to benefit from the experiences of successful institutions in improving organizational performance.
