الملخص

The study of the phenomenon of tattoo on the female body in the local communitycomeswithin the study of the local culture rich in symbolicmeaningsproduced by the Algerian culture over the yearsbased on the perceptions of individuals and theirideas about the female body .Hence the importance of the study of traditionaltattoo on the female body in the local community as itis the cultural heritage of the area near the demise ; which carries withit a set of symbolicsignsthatreflect the cultural identity of the community and on this basis was the purpose of thisstudy to reveal the cultural connotations carried by the traditionaltattoo and the clarification of itsmeanings to identify the system thatcontrols the behavior of individuals and distinguishthemfromothers.
