جهود المجتمع المدني في تدعيم دور الشباب العربي من خلال خلفيات حوار الحضارات

الملخص
الملخص: شهدت فترة تسعينيات القرن العشرين وفي إطار الانفتاح السياسي والاقتصادي الذي عرفته المنطقة العربية أصبح دور المجتمع المدني أساسيا في تقديم الخدمات الضرورية للمواطنين باعتباره قطاعاً ثالثاً يمكن تمييزه عن الدولة، لذا نجد أهمية دور المجتمع المدني، بدا واضحاً وجلياً كداعم ومساند لدور الشباب في عملية التنمية والمساعدة في إيجاد علاقة حقيقية بين الشباب والدولة، فكثيرا ما يتم الربط بين المجتمع المدني وإقامة الحكم الراشد، إذ نجد أن كل آليات الحكم الراشد تستند في قيامها ونجاحها إلى الدور الفعال للمجتمع المدني. وفي هذا الإطار تأتي هذه الدراسة التي تهدف إلى رصد وتحليل أهمية المجتمع المدني في تفعيل دور الشباب بالوطن العربية من خلال اليات الحوار مع الاخر، بحيث تقف عند أهم المحطات التي ساهمت فيها حركات المجتمع المدني مع التركيز على الدور القيادي للشباب، والصعوبات التي واجهتها في ذلك والتحديات التي تنتظرها في مستقبل دورها التنموي. Abstract : Saw the seventies of the twentieth century was a period in the framework of political and economic openness that I knew the Arab region, civil society has become essential in providing the necessary services to citizens as a third-sector can be distinguished from the state, so we find the importance of the role of civil society, it seemed obvious there as a supporter and backer of the role of youth in development assistance process in finding a real relationship between young people and the state, often is the link between civil society and the establishment of good governance, as we find that all the good governance mechanisms based on its success and to the active role of civil society. In this context, this study aimed to monitor and analyze the importance of civil society in the activation of the role of youth Arab homeland through mechanisms of dialogue with the other coming, so stop at the most important stations in which civil society movements contributed with a focus on young people, and the difficulties faced by the challenges that ahead in the future.
