تخطيط موارد المؤسسات في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة

الملخص
الكثير من المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة تستخدم موارد أجهزة الحاسب الآلي لتخزين بياناتها أو لتشغيل تطبيقاتها أو لتطوير برامجها، وهذه الأجهزة تحتاج إلى صيانة وإدارة ومكان لتوفيرها وضمان عملها بكفاءة، كما أن الحاجة إلى هذه الأجهزة تختلف من وقت إلى أخر، ففي وقت من الأوقات تكون الحاجة إليها ماسة ويعد توفرها وعملها بكفاءة أمر بالغ الأهمية، بينما في أوقات أخرى يكون العكس تماما، لذا بدأت المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في البحث عن حلول أخرى تضمن أهم عاملين وهما: توفير الموارد، والعمل بكفاءة، فهناك الكثير من الحلول التي تقدم خدمة توفير الموارد وضمان الخدمة بكفاءة ومن هذه الحلول ما يسمى بـــ " تخطيط موارد المؤسسات".
