المؤسسات المصغرة الممولة في ظل الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب ودورها في الحد من ظاهرة البطالة في الجزائر

الملخص
نتناول في هذا الموضوع الدور الذي تلعبه المؤسسات المصغرة في الحد من ظاهرة البطالة ، كون هذه الأخيرة تمثل قلقا كبيرا لدى جميع دول العالم من بينها الجزائر ، مما دفع بالبحث عن حلول لهذه المشكلة ، فكان لزاما إيجاد حلول ومبادرات للحد من هذه الظاهرة. وفي إطار ذلك تم إصدار مراسيم وتنظيمات تتضمن استحداث هيئات ومؤسسات عمومية تعمل على ترقية وتدعيم هذا النوع من المؤسسات منها الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتشغيل الشباب (ANSEJ) والتي تعتبر الأداة المحورية التي ترتكز عليها سياسة فعالة للحد من هذه الظاهرة بإنشائها ودعمها لمؤسسات مصغرة هادفة ، تعمل على امتصاص البطالة وتنمية الاقتصاد على المستوى الوطني. Abstract : We propose in this subject the role that play the small companies to reduce the phenomenon of bagging, owing to the fact that the latter constitute a major concern for all the countries of the world, including Algeria, what to push some has the search for solutions to this problem, thus it was constrained to bring solutions and initiatives aiming at reducing this phenomenon. In front of this situation, it was taken decrees and payments include the development of the bodies and organizations public, who makes improve and reinforce this type of companies; such asthe National office to support and employment of young people (ANSEJ), who are regarded as a tool necessary serving as an effective support to put an end definitively has this phenomenon, and that makes it possible to create and support more these small targeted companies, who allows the absorption of bagging, and the development of the economy at the national level.
