الملخص
ملخص:آلاف الاتفاقيات الدولية المتعلقة بالاستثمار في العالم تسمح أغلبها للمستثمرين بمقاضاة الدول المضيفة مباشرة أمام الهيئات التحكيمية الدولية و الحصول على التعويضات الباهظة و القرارات الملزمة للدول المضيفة دون مراعاة حقوقها المشروعة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. مما يستدعي مراجعة و إصلاح هذه الاتفاقيات و ميكانيزمات التحكيم فيها، بما يتماشى و الاستثمار المسؤول الذي يأخذ بعين الاعتبار أهداف التنمية المستدامة. الكلمات المفتاحية : التنمية المستدامة و الاستثمار الدولي ، الاستثمار الدولي. Abstract : Thousands of international investment treaties (BITs) concluded around the world, many allow investors to attack the governments of host countries before an international arbitration tribunal, whose decisions are binding and binding. Such clauses, which have considerable financial implications for the countries concerned, reassure foreign investors who are thus protected from fair or unfair state action. However, States have been subject to procedures that they believe are entitled to regulate, including tax, environmental protection and public health issues. International investment is, at the very least, a bipartite relationship that does not involve the investor alone, but also the state receiving its investment. The inclusion of the host State by the investor is an essential criterion in the definition of responsible investment. .Key words: Sustainable development and international investment, international investment.
