Résumé
Notre article se propose d’étudier comment le café maure dans deux nouvelles de Mohammed Dib « Au Café » et « Le Compagnon », constitue un véritable point névralgique autour duquel gravitent tous les événements du récit. Il s’agit donc de montrer comment cet espace collectif devient dans le récit un centre de rayonnement de tous les autres espaces. Car cet espace assure au récit une stabilité spatiale, peut-être même une certaine harmonie. Étant un élément central dans le dispositif scriptural dibien, l’espace du café est présenté comme un lieu de socialisation des personnages principaux, néanmoins il représente aussi un univers de dépossession car il s’agit bel et bien d’un espace non capitalisé. This article aims to study how the Moorish coffee in Shorts story of Mohammed Dib « Au Café » and « Le Compagnon », constitutes a real nerve center around which gravitate all the events of the story. It is therefore a question of showing how this collective space becomes in the narrative a center of radiation of all the other spaces. This space assures the narrative a spatial stability, perhaps even a certain harmony.
