تأثیر خصخصة المؤسسات العقابیة على تشغیل المساجین

الملخص
یهدف هذا المقال إلى تحدید أثر خصخصة المؤسسات العقابیة، كإحدى الآلیات الحدیثة المستخدمة للحد من سلبیات ومساوئ العقوبات السالبة للحریة، والتي أثرت على أسالیب المعاملة العقابیة وعلى تشغیل المساجین بشكل خاص. وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى أهمیة تشغیل المساجین في السیاسة العقابیة الحدیثة، ثم تحدید أهم المبر ا رت التي أدت إلى اللجوء إلى خصخصة إحدى أهم المؤسسات في الدولة وهي المؤسسات العقابیة، وكذلك تحدید التأثی ا رت الإیجابیة والسلبیة لهذه الخصخصة على الغرض الأساسي من تشغیل المحكوم علیهم. This article aims to determine the impact of the privatization of prison, as one of the modern mechanisms used to limit the negatives of deprivation of liberty sanctions, which affected the punitive treatment methods and the Prisoners labor in particular. through addressing the importance of the of the prisoners labor in modern penal policy, then selecting the the most important reasons that led to resort to the privatization of one of the most important institutions, which have long been a subsidiary of the state, as well as to identify the positive and negative consequences of this privatization on the primary purpose of prisoners labor.
