The reasons fortheseproblemsare usually duetopoorplanningandoversight intheimplementationof projects, anddonotusescientific methodsas the earned valuemanagementtechnique. Throughthis study, we tried tohighlight the importance ofearned valuemanagement techniquein accordance with thefollowing threegroups: 1- Group I: includesthe threecore values ofEarned ValueManagement. 2- Group II: Deviationsgroup 3- Group III: Calculation of the indicator values
