ألفاظُ الأطعمةِ في كتابِ المسعودي (مروجُ الذَّهبِ ومعادنُ الجوهرِ) دراسةٌ لغويةٌ دلاليةٌ

الملخص
شهد القرن الرابع الهجري في عهد الخلافة العباسية نهضةً ثقافية وعلمية واقتصادية, كما تطور المجتمع العباسي من الناحية المادية, وأدّى الاطمئنان والرخاء المادي إلى ظهور مظاهر الترف والإسراف, فقد عمدَ الناس إلى الاهتمام بالعمران وتقليد الأمم الأخرى فيه, وكذلك كان فعلُ الخلفاء في بناء قصورهم, وعمد الأغنياء إلى تزويق وتأنيق بيوتهم, فتنوع الأثاث والفرشُ داخل البيت العباسي, ولم تكن موائد الطعام بمنأى عن هذا التطور والرفاه, فتعددت صنوف الأطعمة, وكثرت الألوان على المائدة, وظهرت الحلويات الشهية, وتطورت العادات والتقاليد في تناول الطعام. ويشتمل كتاب المسعودي مروج الذهب ومعادن الجوهر المصنَّف في القرن الرابع الهجري على ألفاظ أطعمةٍ وحلويات كانت تقدم على موائد الخلفاء والأمراء والأغنياء, وسنعمل في هذا البحث على دراسةِ تلك الألفاظ الخاصة بالطعام دراسة لغوية دلالية. The fourth century AH during the Abbasid Caliphate witnessed a cultural, scientific and economic renaissance, as the Abbasid society developed from a material point of view, and physical comfort and prosperity led to the appearance of luxury and extravagance. People sought to take care of the architecture and the tradition of other nations, And the rich had to decorate and decorate their homes. The furniture and mattresses were varied inside the Abbasid house, and the tables were not devoid of this development and well-being. There were many types of food, and there were many colors on the table. Al-Masoudi's book includes the gold and gold minerals of the fourth century AH, which contains the words of foods and sweets that were presented to the tables of the caliphs, princes and the rich, and we will work in this research to study those words of food linguistic linguistic study.
