ثقافة مفهرس ومحقق المخطوطات

الملخص
Resume Dr. Mohammed Aweis says : The commodity of indexing the Arabic manuscripts is a rare and difficult commodity. It needs passion in it, patience, forbearance and a wide heritage culture heritage and long experience .the solution of this problem is embodied in a large national project with an intensive plan that it crowds for it the desired abilities for education wide Arabic generation believes in his heritage ahead of him to work in it to get these thousands of manuscripts to light and specialists identify to him and benefit from him .This has always been repeated Dr. Essam al-Shanti . The indexing is a picture of pictures of the circulation of science and the movement active of his men . the culture of indexing the culture of indexer over the ages and days in which the sciences and its classifications are mentioned and documented the way to transfer . The Indexing is designed to prepare the data by which the manuscript can be identified so that it can be distinguished from the other is a link between the researcher and the manuscript . Through the tracking and investigation around manuscripts and its indexing and classification and what is wrote from searches and studies about this art , we find that there is a weapon to be guided by the indexer , it is his culture to surround the extremes of sciences with the easy retrieval of information . It has to be the conditions and recipes shown by the indexer : 1- the indexer is a happiest for work that is tyrant hoppy , flowing passion and very attached to the manuscript . 2- the indexer is fluent in other language other than the mother language to benefit from the indexing of Arabic manuscripts in other languages . 3- indexer has the lessons and ability to use indexes, bibliography, references and translations books. 4- the indexer has the knowledge of indexes of manuscripts issued by Arab, Islamic and foreign states. 5- the indexer capacity, knowledgeable and surrounding about various types of knowledge and humanities sciences. 6- the indexer is meticulous observation and able to research and investigate . 7- indexing aims to prepare the data through which the manuscript can be identified so that it can be distinguished from the other is a link between the researcher and the manuscript . الملخص : يقول الدكتور محمد عويس: بضاعة فهرسة المخطوطات العربية بضاعة نادرة وصعبة، وتحتاج إلى شغف بها، وصبر وأناة، وثقافة تراثية واسعة، وخبرة طويلة، ويتجسم حل هذه الإشكالية في مشروع قومي كبير، ذي خطةٍ مكثفة، تحشد له الإمكانات المطلوبة، لتربية رعيل عربي متسع، يؤمن بتراثه، مقبل عليه، يحذق العمل فيه ؛ لتخرج هذه الألوف من المخطوطات إلى النور، ويتعرف المتخصصون إليها، ويستفيدون منها. هكذا دائماً كان يُردد الدكتور عصام الشنطي. فالفهرسة صورة من صور تداول العلم وحركة نشاط رجاله وثقافة الفهرسة من ثقافة المفهرس على مدار العصور والأيام ففيها ذكر العلوم ومصنفاتها وتوثيق طريقة نقلها . والفَهرسة تهدفُ إلى إعداد البيانات التي يمكن من خلالها تعيين المَخطوط بحيث يمكن تمييزها عن غيرها فهي حلقة اتصال بين الباحث والمَخطوطة. ومن خلالِ التتبُع والاستقصاء حول المَخطوطات وفهرستها وتصنيفها وما كُتب من بحوثٍ ودراساتٍ عن هذا الفن نجدُ أنَّه لابد من سلاح يتدرع به المفهرس الا وهو ثقافته للإحاطة بأطراف العلوم مع سهولة استرجاع المعلومات. عليه لابد من شروط وصفات يتحلى بها المفهرس: 1. المفهرس هاوياً للعمل هوايةً طاغيةً وشغفٍ دافقٍ وتعلُقٍ شديدٍ بالمَخطوط .( ) 2. المفهرس يجيد لغة أخرى غير اللُّغة العربيَّة الأم للاستفادة من فهارس المَخطوطات العربيَّة باللُّغات الأخرى. 3. المفهرس له الدُربة والمقدرة على استخدام الفَهارس والببليوغرافيا والمراجع وكتب التراجم. 4. المفهرس له الدِراية بفهارس المَخطوطات التي صدرت عن الدول العربيَّة والإسلاميَّة والأجنبيَّة. 5. المفهرس ذو سعةٍ وإطلاعٍ وإحاطةٍ بشتى أنواع المعارف والعلوم الإنسانية. 6. المفهرس دقيق الملاحظة وقادراً على البحث والتحقيق. 7. الفَهرسة تهدفُ إلى إعداد البيانات التي يمكن من خلالها تعيين المَخطوط بحيث يمكن تمييزها عن غيرها فهي حلقة اتصال بين الباحث والمَخطوطة.
