الملخص
حاولنا في هذه الورقة تحليل ظاهرة الجريمة والضبط الاجتماعي بهدف توضيح كيف يمكن للجريمة أن تؤثر في استقرار المجتمع وازدهاره. حسب هذه الدراسة أن الضوابط الاجتماعية كالعادات والتقاليد والدين والقانون من العوامل التي يمكنها أن تقلل أو توقف الجرائم خصوصا إذا كانت العدالة قد طبقت و العقوبة قد نفذت بطريقة صحيحة. وهذا سيؤدي إلى خدمة وحماية الأفراد والمجتمع. We have tried in this paper to analyses crime phenomenon and social control in order to show haw the crime can affects the stability of the society and its prosperity. According to this study social control such as traditions, habits, religion and law can decrease or stop crimes; especially if justice takes place and punishment applied properly this serve and protect people and society.
