ترقية قطاع السياحة كبديل استراتيجي لتحقيق التنمية في الجزائر (واقع وآفاق)

الملخص

عرفت السياحة ازدهارا كبيرا في العديد من القارات نظرا لانعكاساتها الايجابية المختلفة على الجوانب الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية،من خلال التدفقات النقدية الكبيرة التي تجنى من خلالها ، ولهذا تعتبر السياحة واحدة من أكبر الصناعات نموا في العالم. ونظرا للأهمية البالغة التي تكتسيها السياحة و رغبة الدول في الحصول على هذا المكسب أدى ذلك إلى اشتداد المنافسة في هذا المجال و الجزائر إحدى الدول الإفريقية التي تنفرد بمقومات طبيعية و تاريخية و حضارية متميزة ،حاولت بعد استرجاع استقلالها النهوض بقطاعها السياحي من خلال العديد من المحاولات وصولا إلى المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة السياحية لأفاق 2025، الذي جاء ليترجم و يجسد لإرادة الدولة في جعل السياحة ذات أولوية وطنية في إطار التنمية المستدامة. هذا و تعلق عليه الجزائر أمالا كبيرة ،حيث يعتبر اول إستراتيجية شملت كافة الجوانب السياحية،وتمتد على عدة مراحل. Summary: Tourism knew gangbusters in many continents due to various positive repercussions on the economic and social aspects, through the large cash flows to be derived through it, but this is one of the largest growing tourism industries in the world. Given the amount of importance of sign tourism and the desire of countries to get this gain has led to intensified competition in this are Algeria and one of the African countries that are unique natural and historical and distinct cultural viable, tried after the retrieval of independence advancement of her tourism sector through several attempts to reach the master plan for the creation of tourist prospects for 2025, which came to translate and embodies the will of the state to make national priority in tourism sustainable development framework. This and attaches great hopes upon Algeria, where he is the first strategy covering all aspects of tourism, stretching over several stages.
