الملخص
تمثل هذه الورقات محاولة توضيح لآلية دمج إشكالية الطبيعية أو المتغيرات الطبيعية في إشكالية التقطيع، و من خلال دمج الإشكاليتين سنحاول البحث عن آلية لتدنية تكلفة الشراء للمواد الأولية حيث تمثل (المواد الأولية) جزءا مهما من تكلفة الإنتاج و تدنية تكلفتها يؤدي بالضرورة إلى تدنية تكلفة الإنتاج. فمن خلال العمل على تدنية البواقي و الحصول على قيم طبيعية للكمية التي نريد تقطيعها سنحاول تحديد الكمية المشتراة وضمان اقل فواقد ( البواقي ) من عملية التقطيع ، مع تدعيم للدراسة بحالة عملية من خلال الاعتماد على حالة من الواقع العملي لإحدى المؤسسات المحلية.
