الملخص
The study aimed to know the impact of management information systems on some of the chosen criterion of the total quality management. The importance of the study comes from knowing the relations between the modern managerial concepts and the new developed technology in management information steams and knowing the impact of this technology on total quality management. Results show a statistical impact of management information systems on the institutional performance, a statistical impact of management information systems on reliability and no statistical impact of management information systems on the team work. The study recommended in continuous of studying the relation between the management information systems and the total quality management
