الملخص
This study aims at studying the importance of the adoption of the Saudi government to the concept of privatization through transfer the ownership of public sector hospitals to the private sector and its impact on improving the quality of medical services provided and decrease the burden on governmental budget, from the viewpoint of employees and patients in population study hospitals. 400 questionnaire was delivered to the sample of the study, using convenience sample technique, 200 of them for employees and 200 for patient. The Study concluded that there is a positive relationship between the adoption of privatization concept by transferring the ownership of public sector hospitals to private sector and improving the quality of offered medical services. Study recommended the need to adopt the concept of privatization, in part or in whole in order to achieve the desired purpose
