الملخص
الملخص: يتناول المقال الحالي اخطر العقبات التي تواجه المعلم بشكل خاص و المدرسة والأسرة بشكل عام و هي المشكلات السلوكية الصفية التي لها تأثير مباشر على مردود العملية التربوية و جودتها و على الصحة النفسية للمعلم و المتعلم، و تزداد خطورة هذه المشكلات عندما لا يعرف القائمون على المدرسة من معلمين و مدراء و الأولياء مراحل النمو المختلفة و خصائصها عند الطفل المتمدرس و المشكلات المرافقة لكل مرحلة. ومثل هذه المشكلات بالرغم من شيوعها ينبغي أن لا تترك لتحل تلقائيا، بل أن تواجه و تشخص و تعالج بشكل فعال لأن إهمالها أو التصرف إزائها بسوء، يؤدي إلى مشكلات أكثر خطورة. وتبدأ مواجهة المشكلات السلوكية بدراستها و إحصائها لأجل التعرف عليها وتصنيفيها وقد جاء هذا المقال للقيام بهذا الغرض. Abstract This article deals with what is considered as one of the most dangerous obstacles that the teacher can encounter, in particular; and school and family, in general. These are the behavioral problems of students in the classroom and which have a direct impact on the teaching performance and its quality as well as on the psychological health of the teacher and the learners. This impact is all the more amplified when the stakeholders in the educational mission (teachers, directors, students parents) have little knowledge of the different stages of the childs growth, besides the specificities of the child at school and the problems that accompany them. This kind of problems, despite their wide scope, should not be neglected or ignored. They must be diagnosed and treated effectively. Ignoring them or treating them in superficially would lead to even more serious problems. The remedy for these behavioral problems begins with studying and identifying them in order to better diagnose and classify them, and of course this article intervenes in this specific context.
