الأطعمة المستوردة من غير المسلمين

الملخص
المسلمون اليوم يستوردون اللحوم بأنواعها من البلاد غير المسلمة؛ ووقعوا في حيرة من أمر هذه اللحوم هل توفرت فيها الزكاة الشرعية أم لا؟ وهل ذبائح أهل الكتاب تراعي شروط هذه الذكاة في بيان ذلك قدم الباحث تعريفا لمصطلح الأطعمة لغة ثم اصطلاحا؛ ثم تحدث عن الأطعمة المستوردة من الكفار في ثلاثة مباحث: الأول: ما لا يحتاج إلى ذكاة: هما لا صنعة فيه كالفاكهة، ومالهم ممارسة صناعة فيه. الثاني: ما يحتاج إلى تذكية وهو الذبائح. واقترح في الثالث حلول لمشكلة اللحوم المستوردة. Nowadays, muslim import large portions of varieties of meat from non-muslim countries.As a consequence of this,they are very confused about the conformity of this food with the islamic law or not ?and do the slaughter of the people of the book(Jews and the Christians)take care about these conditions ? According to these principles, the research exposes the meaning of food and kinds of food imported from a non muslim countries, divided into three parts. The first one : non-slaughter food such as fruits. The second one : the slaughter food. The third one : exposing some solutions about meat imported problems.
