تحليل وتقييم الإستراتيجية التنموية للجزائر خلال الفترة ( 2000 - 2014 )

الملخص
منذ تفكك المعسكر الاشتراكي وانهيار نظام القطبية الثنائية ، والجزائر تعيش على وقع تحولات عميقة مست بنية الاقتصاد الوطني: بالرغم من الإصلاحات المعتمدة منذ قرابة عقدين من الزمن مازال الاقتصاد الجزائري يعاني أزمة تبعية لأسعار النفط مما ألحق بالبلاد تخلفا هيكليا في جميع الميادين ، وبعد الخروج من العشرية السوداء جاءت السلطة العمومية سنة 1999 بعدة برامج تنموية طموحة بدءا ببرامج الإنعاش الاقتصادي (2001-2004) بحيث جندت له الدولة مبالغ باهظة من أجل القضاء المديونية واسترداد التوازنات الكبرى وتحسين ظروف المعيشية والبنية التحتية، بينما البرنامج الثاني (2005-2009) فكان الهدف منه هو دعم النمو ومواصلة بناء الهياكل القاعدية وخلق مناصب شغل وحل معظلة السكن، أما البرنامج الخماسي الثالث (2010-2014) فإنصب ضمن مقاربة وإستراتجية تنويع الاقتصاد عن طريق دعم القطاع الفلاحي والخدماتي ومحاربة الفقر وأخيرَا المخطط (2015-2019) فيدخل ضمن إستراتجية دعم النمو للقطاع الصناعي بالتركز على الشراكة. Abstract : Since the disappeance of the communism system and the destruction of the dual pole , Algeria has witnessed different deep changes which touched the basis of the national economy . Despite all the reparation done by the Algerian state, it is still suffering from the crisis of devotion on to petrol (oil) prices. That’s why the country has known backwards in all the fields. Besids, after the ten balack years, anew public power has come in 1999 to improve the stuation starting with are feshing economic programme (2001-2004) as the state gave great amount to stopbing in de bt and improve of the conditions. For the second programme (2005-2009) the objective to consolidate the development and the continuation of the constuction of the basic fields, creation of new job posts, and finish the crisis of accomodation, the thirdone (2010-2014) has focused,on the creation of ne strategies to vary the economy and that was through the consoldation of agriculture field and fight the poverty anrang people, the last programme (schedule) (2015-2019) has focused on the in dustrial field working collaboration
