الملخص
إن الإبداع التكنولوجي هو محور الدينامكية التكنولوجية. و ينتج عن تفاعلات داخلية في المؤسسة و تفاعلات خارجية بينها و بين المحيط خاصة في ميدان تسيير المعارف و تمويل تطبيقاتها. إلا أن اكبر عارض اقتصادي واجتماعي و ثقافي يواجهه هو عدم التأكد. الأعباء الكبيرة للإبداع المتكونة من عناصر كالوقت ، الخطر، و التكلفة يمكن أن تستعصي على المبدع بحيث تعرقل انجازه للاستثمارات ( المادية و المعنوية ) ، و بدون التأكد من الأرباح المستقبلية و الاسترجاع المحتمل للاستثمار ، وغالبا ما يلجأ إلى "النقود الصابرة" المقدمة من طرف الشركاء، " انجل للأعمال" أو المستثمرين "رأس المال المجازف"، التي تسمح بالقيام بالمراحل غير الأكيدة للإبداع.
