الملخص

يأتي هذا البحث ليكشف لنا حقيقة المساهمة الفاعلة التي اضطلع بها نظام الوقف ماضيا وحاضرا في تطوير العملية التعليمية، وكيف استطاع الغرب الإستفادة منه في دعم وتمويل البحث العلمي الذي يعد الركيزة الأساسية لتقدم اقتصادياتها، هذا إلى جانب توضيح مدى الإمكانيات والفرص المتاحة لاستغلال وتوجيه هذا النظام الأصيل لخدمة التعليم في الجزائر لاسيما وأنها تملك ثالث ثروة عالمية في الأوقاف حسب برنامجها الحكومي الصادر في جويلية 1997م. Abstract: This research comes to reveal the fact of the effective contribution undertaken by the Waqf system, in the past and at present, in the educational process development; and how the West could take advantage of it in the support and funding of the scientific research which is considered as the fundamental basis for the progress of their economies. In addition to that, the research aims at clarifying the range of the available possibilities and opportunities of exploiting and directing this inherent system to serve the Education in Algeria, especially that it has the third global wealth of waqf according to its government program issued in July 1997.
