الملخص

نتوجه في هذه الدراسة نحو موضوع فرض نفسه على الساحة الوطنية بشكل عام لما تركه من أثر في نفوس الأفراد والجماعات، يتمثل في كيفية التقليل من خطر حوادث المرور. حيث بينت العديد من الدراسات المطروحة أن الظاهرة أصبحت تحصد من الأرواح ما يعادل خطر الكوارث الطبيعية. وقد لجأ الكثير من المهتمين إلى وصف حلول علاجية لم تجدي كثيرا وبات من الضروري البحث في أبعد من ذلك. إن التفكير في الجوانب الوقائية يجرنا إلى الحديث عن التربية المرورية، ذلك أن التربية هي العملية التي ترسي القواعد والأسس وتوفر الآليات لأي معطى مستعصى ولو كلف ذلك كثيرا من الوقت. لذلك أردنا استقراء الظاهرة، التي باتت معدلات حوادث المرور تكثر فيها وتقدم أرقاما قياسية على المستوى الوطني وذلك من خلال دور المؤسسات التربوية في الحملات التوعوية وتسعى هذه الدراسة للإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي: ما هو دور المؤسسات التربوية في حملات التوعية المرورية؟ وكيف يمكن لها تحقيق أهداف توعوية مرورية للتقليل من حوادث المرور في المجتمع الجزائري؟ Abstract : In this study, we focus on the subject of imposing itself on the national scene in general, because of the impact it has on individuals and groups, namely how to reduce the risk of traffic accidents. Where many studies have shown that the phenomenon has been reaped from the lives of the equivalent of the risk of natural disasters. Many people have sought to describe therapeutic solutions that have not worked much and it is necessary to look further. Thinking about preventive aspects leads us to talk about traffic education, because education is the process that sets rules and foundations and provides mechanisms for any given object even if it costs a lot of time. Therefore, we wanted to extrapolate the phenomenon, which has become a high incidence of traffic accidents the phenomenon, which has become a high incidence of traffic accidents and provide record numbers at the national level through the role of educational institutions in awareness campaigns. This study seeks to answer the main question : what is the role of educational institutions in traffic awareness campaigns ? how cant hey achieve traffic awareness goals to reduce traffic accidents in algerian society ?
