الملخص
ملـخص بالعـربية : تحاول هذه الورقة البحثية الإجابة عن بعض الأسئلة المتعلقة باللغة العربية والظروف المحيطة بها، وهو ما دفع بالمهتمين إلى أخذ التدابير الكاملة لأجل المحافظة على هذه اللغة، لأن الواقع الحالي –واقع التكنولوجيا في ذروتها- يفرض قيودا تقلل من انتشار العربية الفصحى؛ بين أهلها أولا، وبين المهتمين بها من الناطقين بغيرها، ولعل من بين الأشياء التي كانت سببا في تراجع العربية هذه الوسائل الاتصالية الحديثة التي أصبحت بيد الكبير والصغير، ومتوفرة في الزمان والمكان، وبالتالي فاستعمالها بهذه الطريقة أضر كثيرا بالعربية؛ وبخاصة غزو اللغات الأخرى التي أصبحت دخيلة عليها، بل وأصبحت أكثر استعمالا منها من قبل المثقفين وغيرهم، لذلك وجب على المهتمين بالعربية تحدي معطيات العصر؛ والتطلع إلى آفاق جديدة تساهم من رفع مستوى العربية، والوقوف في وجه الغزو الثقافي الذي أراد أن يعصف بها، ومنه : - كيف يتم التعامل مع النص العربي الالكتروني لدى أوساط المتلقين ؟ - ما مدى استفادة المجتمعات العربية من البرامج التعليمية والتربوية الملقاة عبر وسائل الاتصال الحديثة ؟ - ما هي العراقيل التي من شأنها عرقلة مسار اللغة العربية عبر الوسائط الالكترونية ؟ - ما هي التحديات التي تواجه اللغة العربية في ظل الانتشار الواسع للوسائط الحديثة ؟ - ما مدى تأثير وسائل الاتصال الحديثة على مستقبل اللغة العربية ؟ - ما هو الشيء الذي تنتظره العربية من أهلها وسط هذا الزخم التكنولوجي الزاحف؟ Arabic language and modern means of communication, reality and horizons. This paper attempts to answer some questions related to the Arabic language and the circumstances surrounding it, which prompted those interested in taking full measures to preserve this language, because the current reality - the reality of technology at its peak - imposes restrictions that reduce the spread of classical Arabic; And among those who are interested in the other speakers, and perhaps among the things that were the reason for the decline of Arabic these modern means of communication, which became the hand of the large and small, and available in time and space, and therefore using it in this way badly hurt Arabic; Especially the invasion of other languages that have become extraneous to them, and even more used by intellectuals and others, so those interested in Arabic must challenge the data of the age; and looking forward to new horizons contribute to the upgrading of the Arab and stand in the face of the cultural invasion that he wanted to storm, : - How to deal with the Arabic text in the recipient community? - How well do Arab societies benefit from educational and educational programs delivered through modern means of communication? - What are the obstacles that will block the path of the Arabic language through electronic media? - What are the challenges facing the Arabic language in light of the proliferation of modern media? - How modern means of communication affect the future of Arabic? - What is the thing that Arab people are waiting for in the midst of this creeping technological momentum?
