في الجزائر ، تكرس الرياضة ذات المستوى الرفيع المستوى لإعداد الرياضيين ومشاركتهم في مسابقات متخصصة تهدف إلى تحقيق الأداء على أساس المعايير الفنية الوطنية والدولية. وتنص المادة 12 من قانون علاقات العمل 90/11 على حالات عامة تُنشأ بموجبها عقود عمل محددة المدة لفئات معينة من العمال ، بما في ذلك رياضيون رفيعو المستوى. تخضع هذه الفئة أيضًا للقانون رقم 04/10 الصادر في 14/08/2004 حول التربية البدنية والرياضة . Abstract In Algeria, elite and high level sport is dedicated to the preparation and participation of athletes in specialized competitions aimed at achieving performances based on national and international technical standards. Article 12 of the Labor Relations Law 90/11 provides for general cases in which fixed-term employment contracts are established for certain categories of workers, including high-level athletes.
