الملخص

الملخص-تعد العلاقات الإنسانية اليوم مدخلا مهما بالنسبة لأي منظمة أين يمكن من خلالها تحديد العديد من السلوكيات التي يقوم بها الأفراد في التنظيم، وهي تعمل أيضا على تحسين المناخ في بيئة العمل من منظور العديد من المحددات والعوامل، وإنطلاقا من ذلك فقد هدفت دراستنا إلى تحديد مفهوم العلاقات الإنسانية في بيئة العمل وكذا أهمية العلاقات الإنسانية في بيئة العمل كمدخل للتحسين والتطوير، وذلك في إطار تحديد الأدوار التي تمكن من إجراء عملية تحسين المناخ في بيئة العمل وفق التصورات التنظيمية بما يحقق أهداف الفرد والمنظمة وبما يتوافق والمشهد التنظيمي. Astract— Human relations today are an important entry point for any organization where it can identify many of the behaviors of individuals in the organization, and it also works to improve the climate in the work environment from the perspective of many determinants and factors, and therefore our study aimed to define the concept of relations And the importance of human relations in the work environment as an input to improvement and development, within the framework of determining the roles that enable the process of improving the climate in the work environment according to organizational perceptions to achieve the goals of the individual and the organization and in accordance with the regulatory landscape.
