الملخص

ملخص البحث : يعد الإرشاد الأسري جزء لا يتجزأ من برامج رعاية ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وخط الدفاع الأول للوقاية من الإعاقة، وتتوقف فعالية برامج الوقاية على التدابير والجهود التي تبذلها الأخصائي ومدى استقادة الأسرة مما يقدمه المجتمع عبر مؤسساته من خدمات. فإن تقديم برامج لأسر ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة تسهم في الحد من تلك المشكلات والتي تعوق أهداف تربيتهم في المراكز الخاصة ، لذلك تتناول الورقة الحالية عرض المعيقات التي تحول أداء الأخصائي لعمله الارشادي وذلك بإجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الأخصائيين السيكولوجيين العاملين بمؤسسات خاصة بهته الفئة بولاية بسكرة، من خلال مقابلات مباشرة والوصول إلى النتائج التالية: • إهمال بعض الوالدين لأبنائهم وعدم اهتمامهم بوضعهم في هذا النوع من المراكز أو رفضهم للتعامل مع الأخصائي النفسي لجهلهم بنوع المساعدات. • عدم تعاون الإطارات مع بعضهم البعض خاصة الأطباء والسيكولوجيون والسبب كما سبق وأن أشرنا هو كثرة الحالات المعروضة عليهم خاصة من يعملون في نفس المركز. • يرى بعض المختصين أن هناك مشكل بالغ الأهمية يلقونه أثناء أدائهم لمهمة الإرشاد هو عدم الكشف المبكر عن الحالات. • مشكلات إدارية تعيق عملهم كتدخل الإدارة في عدد الحالات الموجهة لكل مختص، وكذلك تحكمها في وقت المقابلات الكلمات المفتاحية: الإرشاد، الارشاد الأسري، ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، الأخصائي السيكولوجي Abstract Family counseling is an integral part of care programs for people with special needs and the first line of defense for the prevention of disability. The effectiveness of prevention programs depends on the measures and efforts of the specialist and the extent to which the family is able to provide the services provided by the community through its institutions. The provision of programs for families with special needs contributes to the reduction of these problems and hinders their educational goals in the private centers. Therefore, the present paper deals with the obstacles that impede the performance of the specialist for his / her work by conducting a field study on a sample of psychologists working in three institutions Especially in the state of Biskra, through direct interviews and access to the following results: • neglect of some parents to their children and their lack of interest in their status in this type of centers or refusal to deal with the psychologist for their ignorance of the type of assistance. • Non-cooperation of tires with each other, especially doctors and psychologists and the reason, as we have already mentioned is the large number of cases presented to them, especially those working in the same center. • Some specialists consider that a very important problem to be given while performing the task of counseling is the lack of early detection of cases. • Administrative problems hinder their work as management intervention in the number of cases addressed to each specialist, as well as control at the time of interviews Keywords: Counseling, Family Guidance, Special Needs, Psychologist
