الملخص

منذ سنوات قليلة اتجهت جميع الاهتمامات إلى المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة، هذه الأخيرة أصبحت تمثل اليوم المحرك الأساسي للنمو الاقتصادي و آلية مهمة في مواجهة البطالة في الكثير من دول العالم المتقدم، وهو ما يستدعى التعمق في محاولة فهم خصائص هذا النوع من المؤسسات الاقتصادية، في الوقت نفسه يمثل المقاول الحلقة الأساسية و مرتكز محوريا في عملية خلق الثروة و تحقيق النمو و التنمية، إلا أن هذا الأخير يعاني من العديد من القيود و المعوقات و التي يرجع بعضها إلى المحيط الذي نشأ فيه و البعض الآخر ذاتي لصيق بشخصيته و قدراته الذاتية، مما سبق تنبثق الفرضية الأساسية لبحثنا هذا و المتمثلة في كون أن توفير مرافقة قوية و ملائمة من شأنه أن يساهم و يعزز فرص نجاح المقاول و يضمن بالتالي استمرارية مؤسسته الاقتصادية. Since a few years all of interests are focalized on small and medium company, this type of firms is become these days the motor of the economic growth and the main tool of the struggle against the chonmage phenomena in the majority of developed countries, that’s why a deep study of this kind of firms is strongly recommended. In the Same time the entrepreneur is considered as the pillar of all kinds of the entrepreneurial initiative, which make of him the strongest elements of the economic growth process. However, the entrepreneur suffers of a lot of difficulties and constraints, some of those are attached to his environment the rest are intrinsically attached to the entrepreneur capacities, so we suggest a multidimensional accompaniment, which can make the entrepreneur experience more successful and his firm more resistant to the economic volatility
