اشكالية اصلاح التعليم العالي في الجزائر - دراسة تحليلية نقدية لخطى الاصلاحات بين الهدف والتطبيق-

الملخص
حاولت الجزائر منذ الاستقلال وإلى يومنا هذا وفي محاولات حثيثة منها إصلاح منظومة التعليم العالي بها وربطها بمتطلبات التنمية الوطنية، حيث قامت بتسخير إمكانات ضخمة مادية وبشرية لأجل توفير الكفاءات والإطارات التي تقود عجلة التنمية في البلاد وتصف بها في مصف الدول المتقدمة. وقد حاولنا من خلال هذا المقال الوقوف على سلسلة الإصلاحات المتتابعة منذ الاستقلال والتي كان أخرها الإصلاح الشامل الذي مس القطاع ألا وهو نظام (ل م د) كنظام غربي متطور يتناسب مع متطلبات الجودة العالمية، محاولين معرفة مدى ارتباط هذه الإصلاحات بأهداف التنمية في المجتمع الجزائري عن طريق دراسة سوسيو تاريخية ونقدية للتطور الذي عرفه التعليم العالي في الجزائر. Summary: Since its independence; Algeria has tried so hard to reform its higher education system and to link it with the requirements of national development. It has harnessed huge human and material resources to provide the skills and the frameworks that drive the development of the country and put it on the map among developed countries. In this article, we have tried to identify the series of successive reforms since independence, the most recent of which was the comprehensive reform that touched the sector that is namely the LMD system as an advanced western system that is commensurate with international quality requirements trying to find out how these reforms are linked to the development goals of Algerian society through a Socio-historical and critical study of the development of higher education in Algeria.
