المساكن الذكية وعلاقتها بالتوافق النفسي الاجتماعي الأسري

الملخص
والمسكن هو أكثر المباني التي يقضي فيها الإنسان أكثر أوقات حياته وبالتالي يلزم أن يوفر له البيئة المناسبة والمريحة والفعالة في أداء أنشطته الحياتية بخلاف المباني الأخرى التي يقضي فيها الإنسان أوقات قليلة كما يرغب الإنسان بشكل كبير في الاستفادة من الإمكانات المتاحة لتحقيق مسكن مناسب من الناحية الشخصية ومن الناحية الاجتماعية مما يجعل المسكن يمثل البيئة المناسبة لتحقيق مسكن مناسب من الناحية الشخصية ومن الناحية الاجتماعية مما يجعل المسكن يمثل البيئة المناسبة لتحقيق أحدث ماتوصل إليه التطور التكنولوجي والتقنيات الذكية. )حسن ، 2004 (. والتوافق النفسي عملية دينامية مستمرة تتناول السلوك والبيئة والطبيعة والاجتماعية بالتغيير والتعديل حتى يحدث توازن بين الفرد والبيئة. وهو عملية دينامية مستمرة يقوم خلالها الفرد بالتفاعل مع البيئة لإشباع حاجاته الجسمية والنفسية والاجتماعية ليحقق بذلك الرضا عن نفسه والآخرين كما يقيسها مقياس التوافق النفسي. وعليه يمكن صياغة مشكلة البحث من خلال التساؤلات التالية:- 1. ماهي مواصفات المسكن الذكي الذي يتناسب ويتلاءم مع التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي الأسري؟ 2.هل يمكن استخدام مواصفات المساكن الذكية الحديثة حتى نصل إلى التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي الأسري للأسرة بالمجتمع؟ أهداف البحث:- 1.التعريف بأهمية التكنولوجيا الحديثة التي طرأت على المساكن الذكية والتي لها من المنافع والفوائد مما تؤدي إلى مدى توافق الأسرة نفسيا واجتماعيا ومهنيا. 2.التعريف بأهمية تطبيق مفهوم المساكن الذكية في التصميم الداخلي للمسكن والوصول إلى أفضل مسكن يتناسب مع متطلبات الأسرة والوصول بها إلى مرحلة التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي والأسري السليم. أهمية البحث:- تكمن أهمية البحث في:- 1.توعية المجتمع بأهمية التطور التكنولوجيا الحديثة للمساكن الذكية. 2.مواكبة العالم المتطور وتطور مفهوم التصميم الداخلي للمساكن الذكية. فروض البحث :- 1.الاستفادة من المساكن الذكية والتقنيات الحديثة في التصميم الداخلي للمسكن بالمجتمع. 2.المسكن الذكي سيحل الكثير من المشكلات المساكن التقليدية لدى توافق الأسرة . توصيات البحث:- 1.العمل على إجراء المزيد من البحوث التي تتطلب وتمكن من استخدام آلية البناء الجديدة للمساكن الذكية. It is a dynamic ongoing process during which the individual to interact with the environment to satisfy the needs of physical, psychological and social to achieve this satisfaction for himself and others, as measured by psychological adjustment scale And it can be formulated research problem through the following questions 1.What are the specifications of the smart housing that fits in line with the psychological and social compatibility of family 2.Do can use modern smart housing specifications until we reach the psychological adjustment of social and family for the family to society research goals: 1.altarev the importance of modern technology that have taken place on a smart housing, which have the benefits and the benefits which lead to a consensus over the family psychologically, socially and professionally. 2.altarev the importance of applying the concept of smart homes in the interior design of the house and access to better housing commensurate with the requirements of the family and bringing it to the proper psychological and social and family compatibility stage. research importance: The importance of research in: 1.tuaah community of the importance of the development of modern technology for smart homes. 2.moakph the developed world and the evolution of the concept of interior design of smart homes. Research hypotheses: 1.alastvadh of smart houses and modern techniques in the interior design of the housing society. 2.almskn smartphone will solve many of the problems of conventional housing in the family agrees. Research Recommendations: 1.alaml on further research that requires and enables the use of new building mechanism for smart homes.
