تشكل البنية المعرفية للمتعلم من منظور بنائي معرفي لتفعيل الإدارة الصفية

الملخص
لقد أصبح من الضروري تفعيل الإدارة الصفية، و ذلك بأن يستفيد المعلم كمدير للإدارة الصفية من نظريات التعلم الحديثة، و هذا في ضوء التقدم العلمي و المعرفي، الذي شهده علم النفس المعرفي و علم النفس التربوي. وتعتبر النظرية البنائية و نظرية معالجة المعلومات إحدى أهم النظريات التي اهتمت بعملية التعلم المعرفي، و بتشكل البنية المعرفية للمتعلم ، هذان العنصران هما محورا الإدارة الصفية الحديثة، فلم يعد المعلم هو المحور الأساسي للعملية التعليمية التعلمية، بل أصبح المتعلم هو المحور الفعال فيها، من هذا المنطلق أصبح من الضروري أن يطلع المعلم على كيفية تشيكل هذه الأبنية المعرفية في ذهن المتعلم؟ و كيف يحدث التعلم المعرفي و يتشكل؟ و ما هي الأدوار التي يقوم بها حتى تتشكل هذه المعرفة بصورة سليمة عند المتعلم؟ و بالتالي يحقق الهدف الرئيسي من الإدارة الصفية وهو حدوث التعلم كمعرفة و كمهارة و كسلوك يحل به المشكلات التي تواجهه. Abstract: Activating the Classroom management become necessary for the teacher as à director of the Classroom management to benefit from the modern learning theories in the development of science and knowledge and the advances in cognitive psychology ,and educational psychology .The Constructive and information processing theory is considered one of the most important theories that cares about the process of cognitive learning , and the formation of the cognitive Structure of the learner .these two elements are the axis of the modern Classroom management , as the teacher is no longer the main axis of the teaching and learning process but became its effective axis .Thus it became mare necessary for the teacher to know how these cognitive Structure form in the mind of the learner or how the cognitive learning forms or happens ?Or what are teachers roles in forming this process correctly in learner’s mind ?So he cam achieve the main goal of the management which is learning as knowledge as kill and a behaviour to salve the problems he faces.
