الملخص

Because of human resources globalization, workplaces today teeming with workers and employees belong to different cultures and ethnic origins, which could lead to the emergence of conflict between members of work teams, or to reduce production if they are not directed in the right way. This study is to understand if diversity improves performance, by proposing a research model connects diversity, conflicts and leadership. We choose a sample that includes 34 leader, we contact them by e-mail, they work in different private and public companies operating in Algeria. After analyzing the views of these practitioners, we conclude that there is an urgent need for further researches and studies on group members’ training to accommodate the concept of diversity, and training leaders to manage it. And if these leaders could control this diversity, they will create a strong groups.
