الملخص
Women entrepreneurship has gained an increasing importance nowadays thanks to many advantages it has in many respects, like providing jobs opportunities and enhancing development processes. Since Algeria is hoping for diversification in sources of national income, it has put a great deal on entrepreneurship where women can play a major role through private work of contracting, This articleaims todiagnosewomen entrepreneurship reality in Algeria in order to know exactly what are motivations that enable women entrepreneurship and hindrances and difficulties that prevent it from expanding and reaching.
