الملخص
The Globalizing culture movement that prevailed in ىArab societies, and the Algerian society in particular, has made the advancement of social actors and elitist sure to be facing consciously intellectual, and to see the community addresses the community in his life and relationships, and what was the community yard ground for the growing momentum of different ideas, they must be stand the various scientific and cultural institutions decisive stance in maintaining the intellectual pluralism in the unit that combines the spectra of the community framework.
