الملخص
Considered endowments or habs also termed when the people of the Muslim west of the most important aspects of Islamic civilization, they reflect the will of the good with the individual Muslim, and most of the deep sense of the need for solidarity with the community to fill their needs. Endowments are the legitimate principle, and binding judicial formula prevents a person from returning from his contract with the originator of this institution. And have gained a prominent place, through its impact on various aspects of life. Perhaps one of the most prominent of these aspects, the educational face upon which the intellectual life and education.
