الملخص
ملخص البحث: تتنزل مادة هذا المقال في حقل الدرس السياقي بخلفياته التراثية وتحاول إجراءات هذا المقال التأكيد على كفاءة ممارسة علماء الأصول في هذا الحقل فضلا على أسبقيتهم للمنجز الغربي الحديث ، وتتأكد هذه المعطيات من خلال استقراء مدونات أصول الفقه التي تحيلنا إلى مادة غزيرة اشتغلت على أهم مقولات السياق بجدارة و تميز ، شهد بها الدارسون المحدثون المنصفون وفي اتجاه التدليل على حضور هذه المادة وتميزها يقارب المقال علمين معروفين هما (الشافعي) و(ابن تيمية) كأنموذجين تتبين من خلالهما أهم المحددات المعرفية للدرس السياقي في مدونات أصول الفقه . الملخص باللغة الأجنبية : abstract The topic of this paper lies within the context study field with its traditional background. It attempts to showcase the exceptionalism of the fundamentalist scholars practices in this field along with their prevalence over the modern western work. The abovementioned is proved through a systematic study of Fiqh fundamentals corpora which gives us access to tremendous writings referring to context in all its dimensions and recognized by modern fair scholars. To show the existence of such distinguished insights two well-known scholars (Chafei and IbnTaymiya) are used as examples in this paper, defining some cognitive determiners of the context in the corpora of Fiqh fundemantals
