الجهود الفكرية واللغوية للشيخ شمس الدين محمد بن عبد الكريم المغيلي قراءة في مضامين الكتابة والتأليف

الملخص
يعد الشيخ شمس الدين محمد بن عبد الكريم المغيلي من خيرة العلماء والفقهاء والمصلحين الذين أنجبتهم الجزائر، وقد اكْتسب محبة عظيمة وودا كبيرا من قبل غالبية الجزائريين وبشهادة أهل زمانه من التواتين وقبائل السودان الغربي.. كما نال حفاوة طيبة من قبل أشياخه ومريديه ومحبيه، وكانت طريقته في الدعوة قائمة على منهج نصح العامة من خلال نصح الخاصة من الملوك والأمراء والعلماء، وحله لمشكلات العصر آنذاك بفقه الواسع وتحليلاته الفقهية والمنطقية، فمنهجه الدعوي المبني على فهم فقه الواقع الاجتماعي والسياسي وتمكنه من علوم اللغة والشرع والمنطق والقياس.. جعلاه بأنْ يصير أعجوبة زمانه وصدراة أقرانه ومضرب مثل في مراتب العلماء والأتقياء والصلحاء. Sheikh Shams al-Din Muhammad ibnAbd al-Karim al-Moghili is one of the great Algerian scholars, faqihs and reformers. He had been well appreciated by the majority of the Algerians as it has been attested by the people of his time from the Touati and Western Sudan tribes; and warmly admired by his sheikhs and followers. His way of providing advice was based on the method of advising the public through advising kings, princes and scholars first; and referring tohis knowledge of fiqh and his fiqhi and logical analysis to solve the problems of that era. Sheikh al-Moghili’s method of advising was based on understanding the social and political reality in addition to his background in language sciences, sharia, logic and qiyas the fact that made of him a phenomenon, at that time, a person of rank among his peers and a model scholar and pious man.
