We set as a target the scrutiny of' metaphor from a linguistic vintage point in order to examine its use in Abdelatif TOUALBIA 's discourse. Thus, the metaphors of the legal field, however, will take place in the judicial chronicle of Abdelatif TOUALBIÁ in order to popularize the legal expression for a wider audience.
