الملخص

ملخص : حظيت المرأة باهتمام مميز من طرف المشرع الجزائري، الذي حرص على تكريس مبدأ المساواة بين الرجل والمرأة في جميع المجالات بصفة عامة ، وفي المجال السياسي بصفة خاصة ، فقد عمل على ترقية الحقوق السياسية للمرأة بتوسيع حظوظ تمثيلها في المجالس المنتخبة ، كما التزمت الدولة بالعديد من أحكام الاتفاقيات الدولية التي تقر وترتقي بهذه الحقوق . غير أن المرأة الجزائرية بقيت تعاني من التمييز والتهميش في الكثير من مجالات السياسة وقضاياها ، و يكاد دورها السياسي يقتصر على الظهور في المواعيد الانتخابية . Résumé Le législateur algérien, soucieux de consacrer le principe d'égalité entre hommes et femmes dans tous les domaines en général, et dans la sphère politique en particulier. Il œuvre à la promotion des droits politiques de la femme en augmentant ses chances d’accès à la représentation dans les assemblées élues .et l'Etat implique Les dispositions des conventions internationales qui reconnaissent et favorisent ces droits. Cependant, les femmes algériennes ont continué à souffrir de discrimination , et de marginalisation dans de nombreux domaines de la politique, et de leurs problèmes, et leur rôle politique se limite à se présenter aux élections. Summary: Women received special attention from the Algerian legislature, which was keen to enshrine the principle of equality between men and women in all fields in general and in the political sphere in particular. It promoted the political rights of women by expanding their representation in the elected councils. Of the provisions of international conventions that recognize and promote these rights. However, Algerian women have continued to suffer discrimination and marginalization in many areas of politics and their issues, and their political role is limited to appearing on election dates.
