الملخص
The Arab sky has become fully open to an intensive satellite TV broadcasting which delivers specific projects, targets a well-defined audience and tries to influence the structure of each society as much as possible in order to achieve hidden or apparent objectives. Under this current situation, official and popular circles undergo a wave of perturbations and confusions. Moreover, a multitude of diverse reactions and attitudes have surfaced regarding both the cultural model defined through the Arab satellite TV broadcasting, and the latter’s capacity with all the technical and human means utilized to preserve unaltered the local cultural features in the age of the communication globalization, and also to anticipate the future, ergo to be willing to face it. To this end, the Arab project that covers the different requirements to this future has to be set up.
