الملخص

The concept of the crisis one of the concepts that widespread in contemporary society, where it became one way or another affect all aspects of life ranging, from the crises that face the individual passing through the crises experienced by groups, governments, institutions and finally the International Crisis. Even more the term “crisis” has become one of the terms that use at all levels and indifferent social levels, and the crisis world is alive and interactive, world has its outburst, with its characteristics, causes, affected the state or the government which affect the smallest object that exists in human society. Because of the great importance of crises and the respond to crises, So the researcher will explain the concept of the crisis, and its characteristics, and stages of development, its causes and origins, and types.
