ملخص: بهدف دراسة أثر قابلية تحويل الدينار الجزائري في الحد من اللجوء إلى السوق الموازية تمت دراسة حالة تركيا من خلال استعراض مدى قدرتها على إصلاح عملتها في ظل التقلبات التي مرّت بها تحت ضغط الأزمات التي شهدها الاقتصاد التركي ما خلق فجوة كبيرة بين سعري الصرف الرسمي والموازي، حيث وصلت تركيا إلى إصلاح كلي لعملتها من خلال خلق عملة جديدة وَحّدت السوقين بنجاح، ومنه فخلق عملة جديدة وجعلها قابلة للتحويل بشكل كلي في ظل نظام صرف مرن مرفوق بتحرير حسابات رأس المال ووجود احتياطي صرف كافٍ لن يشكل خطرًا على وضعية الاقتصاد الوطني. Abstract: In order to study the impact of the convertibility of the Algerian dinar in reducing the resort to the parallel market, we take Turkey as a study case by reviewing the ability to reform the currency to face the many fluctuations thus had had to undergo, and the many economic crises that it witnessed which created a big gap between the official and parallel exchange rate, where Turkey has completely reformed its currency by creating a new currency and successfully united the two markets. So, creating a new currency and making it fully convertible under a flexible exchange system and liberalizing capital accounts and maintaining sufficient exchange reserves will not pose a threat to the national economy.
