الملخص

الأسرة هي منتوج اجتماعي تعكس صورة المجتمع الذي توجد فيه، إضافة إلى أن التغيرات الاجتماعية التي شهدها العالم ككل والجزائر بصفة خاصة بإيجابياتها وسلبياتها جعلت من الأسرة الجزائرية تعيش هي الأخرى تغيرات على جميع المستويات خاصة المستوى الاجتماعي، فبعد ظهور الثورة الصناعية التي نتجت عنها الحاجة إلى اليد العاملة حطمت المرأة قيود الجهل واقتحمت مجال العمل خارج المنزل وازدادت نسبة النساء العاملات وليس ذلك فحسب بل اقتحمت ميادين عديدة كانت حكرا على الرجل وحده وأصبح عملها خارج المنزل أمرا مألوفا في حياتنا الاجتماعية، إلا أن هذا الدور المزدوج له أثار على استقرار الأسرة التي تعتبر الجماعة الأساسية في الحياة الاجتماعية والاستقرار الأسري يعني تحقيق الرضا والتوافق والسعادة الأسرية وهو لا يعبر عن موقف أو مشكل أو عقبة من العقبات التي تواجه الحياة الأسرية أحيانا وإنما هو عملية متشابكة الأبعاد تنتج عن التفاعل المستمر بين أفراد الأسرة خلال مراحل الحياة الاجتماعية المختلفة، وسنبين في هذه الدراسة أسباب خروج المرأة للعمل وما ينتج عن هذا الخروج من أثار ايجابية وسلبية على الأسرة بصفة خاصة وعلى المجتمع ككل بصفة عامة.
