Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the development of important set of skills during a period of practical training within Algerian Business College. A questionnaire-based survey was administrated to students doing master in their final year at college of business in University Farhat Abbas-Setif (UFAS).A comparison between three departments and genders was been done. As a result, both of the students’ males and females in these departments agreed that they were effective in developing a set of skills. ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم تنمية مجموعة مهمة من المهارات خلال فترة التدريب الميداني في كلية للعلوم الاقتصادية في الجزائر. حيث تم توزيع استبيان على طلبة الماستر الذين هم في السنة النهائية في كلية الاقتصاد جامعة فرحات بسطيف، والقيام بدراسة مقارنة مابين الاقسام الثلاثة للكلية والجنس، وبينت النتائج أن كلا الجنسين في هذه الأقسام موافقين على أن هذه الأقسام كانت فعالة في تنمية مجموعة المهارات.
