الملخص

ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على موضوع الإدارة الالكترونية وأهميتها في تحسين وتفعيل فتحديث المؤسسات العصرية في ظل الانفتاح والدخول إلى الاقتصاد العالمي الجديد، المبني على المعرفة والتعاملات الإلكترونية من جهة، والوقوف على مختلف متطلبات تطبيقها وكذا مختلف العراقيل والمعوقات التي تقف حائل لتطبيقها، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى ضرورة النهوض والاهتمام بتطبيق وتحديث الإدارة الحديثة، كما تم اقتراح جملة من التوصيات والاقتراحات للنهوض وتسهيل تطبيقها. Abstract : This study is aims at stopping the subject of electronic administration and its importance in improving and activating the modernization of modern institutions in the light of openness to the new global economy based on knowledage and electronic transaction on the one hand and to stand up to the various requirements of their application as well as various abstacles and abstacles that hinder their application the study has reached the need to promote and interest in the application and modernization of modern administration and a number of recommendations and suggestions were proposed to promote and facilitate their application .
